Welcome to FRENOVA STUDIO. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase or use of services provided by FRENOVA STUDIO.
FRENOVA STUDIO is a creative and digital services startup providing graphic design, website design, social media management, branding and related digital solutions.
By contacting us, placing an order, purchasing a package, or engaging our services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
FRENOVA STUDIO may provide the following services:
The exact scope of work will depend on the package or customized quotation selected by the client.
The prices displayed on the FRENOVA STUDIO website are indicative package prices and may vary depending on the client's specific requirements.
The currently advertised packages include:
Graphic Design package including services such as flyers, banners, visiting cards and revisions.
Website package including the Silver package along with website design, responsive design, basic SEO setup and website maintenance.
Complete digital solution including Gold package features, social media management, content creation and page optimization.
Clients may request customized packages depending on their business requirements. The final price and scope will be communicated through a quotation or written agreement.
Where required, these charges shall be:
Domain and hosting prices are determined by third-party service providers and may change from time to time.
FRENOVA STUDIO shall not be responsible for price increases, service interruptions, policy changes or other actions of third-party domain and hosting providers.
For eligible website packages, FRENOVA STUDIO will provide free website maintenance for up to two (2) years, subject to the scope and conditions of the purchased package.
Free maintenance may include reasonable technical corrections, minor content updates and basic website support.
Free maintenance does not automatically include:

After completion of the included two-year free maintenance period, continued website maintenance will be available at a charge of:

The quarterly maintenance fee will cover services within the agreed maintenance scope.
Any major development, redesign, additional functionality or third-party expense will be quoted separately.
The client may choose not to continue the maintenance service after the free maintenance period.
Payment terms will be communicated to the client before the commencement of a project.
Depending on the project, FRENOVA STUDIO may require:
Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed.
Final files, website deployment, source files or other deliverables may be withheld until the applicable payment obligations have been fulfilled.
The number of revisions included in a package will be as specified in the relevant package or quotation.
For example, where a package includes two revisions, the client may request up to two reasonable rounds of changes.
A revision means modification of the existing concept or design.
A completely new concept, redesign or change in the original project requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and legally usable materials required for the project, including where applicable:
The client must ensure that all materials supplied to FRENOVA STUDIO are legally permitted for use.
FRENOVA STUDIO shall not be responsible for copyright, trademark or other legal issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
FRENOVA STUDIO aims to complete projects within the timeline communicated to the client.
However, project timelines may be affected by:
Where delays are caused by the client or third parties, the original delivery timeline may be extended accordingly.
Website projects are developed according to the agreed requirements.
The final website may differ from the initial proposal, mockup or reference where technical, responsive or usability considerations require reasonable adjustments.
Features not specifically included in the quotation or package may be charged separately.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before final delivery.

Third-party charges and policies are separate from FRENOVA STUDIO's service charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
FRENOVA STUDIO cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued operation of third-party services.
For social media packages, the exact platforms, number of posts, content quantity, posting frequency and services will depend on the selected package or quotation.
Social media growth, engagement, followers, reach, leads or sales cannot be guaranteed because these results depend on several factors, including platform algorithms, market conditions, audience behaviour and client offerings.
FRENOVA STUDIO will make reasonable professional efforts to improve the client's digital presence but does not guarantee specific business results.
Where FRENOVA STUDIO creates content for the client, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the content before publication where approval is requested.
Once content has been approved by the client, FRENOVA STUDIO shall not be responsible for errors that were reasonably identifiable during the approval process.
Any subsequent correction or modification may be treated as a revision or additional work depending on the circumstances.
Upon full payment, the client shall receive the agreed final deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.
FRENOVA STUDIO may retain ownership of:
Third-party fonts, images, icons, software, plugins or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Source/editable files will only be provided where specifically included in the package or quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FRENOVA STUDIO may display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media pages, presentations or promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating its work.
If a client requires a project to remain confidential or not be displayed publicly, this must be communicated to FRENOVA STUDIO before or during the project.
Once work has commenced, cancellation may not automatically qualify the client for a full refund.
If the client cancels a project after work has started, any refund will depend on the amount of work already completed and expenses already incurred.
Payments made for third-party services, domains, hosting, software, licences or other non-refundable services may not be refundable.
The final refund decision will be based on the circumstances and the agreed project terms.
If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period after work has commenced, FRENOVA STUDIO may temporarily place the project on hold.
The project may be resumed when the client provides the required information, feedback or approval.
Extended inactivity may affect the original delivery timeline.
FRENOVA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work involving content or activities that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that their business, products, services and supplied content comply with applicable laws.
FRENOVA STUDIO will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services.
However, FRENOVA STUDIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:
The client's use of the services is subject to the agreed scope of work and applicable law.
FRENOVA STUDIO will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information, credentials and project information provided by clients confidential.
Clients are also expected not to disclose confidential business information, internal processes, credentials or proprietary information belonging to FRENOVA STUDIO.
FRENOVA STUDIO reserves the right to modify its services, packages and pricing at any time.
Any pricing applicable to an already confirmed project will generally remain governed by the agreed quotation or invoice unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Changes to future purchases or renewals may be subject to updated pricing.
The information, package descriptions and prices displayed on the FRENOVA STUDIO website are provided for general informational purposes.
Submitting an enquiry through the website does not automatically create a contract between FRENOVA STUDIO and the visitor.
A project will be considered confirmed only after the relevant requirements, pricing and terms have been mutually agreed upon.
Information submitted through the FRENOVA STUDIO website, including contact information and project-related details, may be used for responding to enquiries, providing services, communicating with clients and managing business operations.

FRENOVA STUDIO shall not be considered responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, government actions, widespread technical outages, cyber incidents, platform failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising between FRENOVA STUDIO and a client shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.
Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Siliguri, West Bengal, India, subject to applicable law.
FRENOVA STUDIO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Clients are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
By purchasing a service, approving a quotation, making payment, or engaging FRENOVA STUDIO for a project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
